Introduction to Meditation

Meditation-Sitting Return to a state of inner peace and harmony and reconnect with spirit.

This workshop is for beginners and those who wish to learn more about meditation in order to incorporate this beneficial practice into their daily life.

This workshop will provide instruction on a variety of meditative techniques so that you may learn how to develop concentration, focus, and inner stillness to restore peace, balance, and harmony in your life.

You will learn about the many benefits of meditation and how it can help improve your physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being, while reawakening and strengthening your connection to spirit and the divine.

During this meditation workshop, you will learn different forms of meditation along with specific techniques to enter a relaxing, centred, and grounded meditative state. You will learn how to bring awareness to your inner being, soul, and consciousness to help quiet the chatter within your mind in order to facilitate meditation. You will also participate in a variety of exercises to build a solid foundation for meditation.
